Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data srangtechmai SSO (sso.srangtechmai.tech) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The service is run by Srang Tech Mai ("we", "us"). It is used only by members of our team whom an admin has added. It is not used by our customers.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, Google sends us:
- your name
- your email address
- your profile picture
- an ID that Google uses for your account
We ask Google for nothing else. We never see your Google password, and we cannot read your Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.
We also keep:
- Your account: the groups an admin has put you in, which decide the tools you can open.
- Passkeys: if you register a passkey, we store its public key and its name. The private key stays with your device or your passkey provider. We never receive it.
- Sign-in records: the time, your IP address, your browser, whether a sign-in succeeded, and which tool you opened.
How we use it
We use this data only to:
- confirm who you are when you sign in
- decide which internal tools you may open
- keep you signed in during a session
- protect the service, investigate misuse and keep a record of who opened what
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who else handles it
- Google confirms your identity when you sign in.
- Cloudflare runs the network and the access checks in front of our tools, so it receives your email address and sign-in records.
- Our own servers run the sign-in service and store your account.
- Encrypted backups are kept in Cloudflare R2 storage.
We share data with nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Google user data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
- Your account: while you are a team member. When your access ends, we deactivate your account and delete it within 30 days.
- Sign-in records: up to 12 months.
- Backups: up to 30 days. Deleted data can stay in a backup until that backup expires.
Security
Connections to the service are encrypted. Only our admins can manage accounts. Admin consoles also need a passkey to sign in.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can ask to see, correct, get a copy of or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email contact@srangtechmai.tech and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

ใครอีกบ้างที่จัดการข้อมูลของคุณ
- Google ยืนยันตัวตนของคุณเมื่อลงชื่อเข้าใช้
- Cloudflare ดูแลเครือข่ายและการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงที่อยู่หน้าเครื่องมือของเรา จึงได้รับอีเมลและบันทึกการลงชื่อเข้าใช้ของคุณ
- เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราเอง ใช้รันบริการลงชื่อเข้าใช้และเก็บบัญชีของคุณ

สิทธิ์ของคุณ
ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอเข้าถึง ขอรับสำเนา ขอให้แก้ไข หรือขอให้ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ หรือคัดค้านวิธีที่เราใช้ข้อมูลนั้น ส่งอีเมลถึง contact@srangtechmai.tech แล้วเราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน คุณยังร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ด้วย
